- When you tap the module, a message displays that you have not purchased the module
ANDROID AND APPLE
In this scenario, a red X is over the module (Android) or no picture is showing (Apple). If Google or Apple is suddenly reporting that your module was not purchased, then one of several things could be happening:
- You signed out of the account you used to purchase it. You must be signed-in to the same account you used to purchase the module. You cannot purchase the module with one account, then switch accounts.
- You canceled the purchase or requested a refund. If you do this, the module will no longer be available.
- Your interent is not working or there is a problem connecting to Google or Apple to verify your purchase.
- Restoring Purchased Modules
ANDROID
Simply choose Restore Modules and your purchased modules will download to your device as long as you are signed into the exact same account using the same email address.
APPLE
If you HAVE NOT uninstalled the app, then simply go to RESTORE. If you uninstalled the app, then you must go through the entire purchase process, even up to the point where Apple asks you to confirm you are purchasing the module again. After you confirm, you will be told that you already purchased it and will be asked if you want to download it again for free, to which you again say YES. We know this process is backwards of how the process should work, but this process is handled entirely by Apple and we have no control over it. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that Apple's policies are causing our users. NOTICE: This means that if you uninstall the app, modules which are no longer available for sale will no longer be restorable.
- Using Bible Quizzer modules on multiple devices
ANDROID
Simply choose Restore Modules and your purchased modules will download to your device as long as you are signed into the exact same account using the same email address. If this does not work, you will have to contact Google Play customer support for guidance. We are unable to work around the Android sharing rules.
APPLE
If you are trying to use a purchased module on multiple devices ON THE SAME APPLE ACCOUNT and USING THE SAME APPLEID (email address), you must go through the entire purchase process, even up to the point where Apple asks you to confirm you are purchasing the module again. Additionally, if something does go wrong and you are double-billed, you will have to deal with Apple customer service for a refund; Apple gives developers NO CONTROL over the billing process.
