- MAR 9 APPLE FAMILY SHARING FOR 2024 MODULES
APPLE
Due to continued technical issues on Apple's end regarding their Family Sharing Plan and their inability to resolve them, we have withdrawn ourselves from participating in Apple's Family Sharing Plan for all 2024 modules.
- MAR 7 CONTINING PROBLEMS WITH APPLE FAMILY SHARING:
APPLE
We continue to receive reports that family sharing is not working for many Apple users. This issue has been ongoing for well over a year, with Apple Support not being able to resolve it. The only resolution that has been reported to work (and it doesn't work for everyone) is to make sure a valid credit card is on file for all accounts trying to use family sharing. Beyond that you will have to contact Apple support.
- App Modules Not Downloading OR Question-Pro files not syncing
ANDROID + APPLE
If you are having trouble downloading purchased modules OR synching Question-Pro files, try switching to wi-fi and turning off your cellular data. An issue exists on cell phones where some connections are blocking access to our web servers. This is usually resolved by switching to wi-fi and turning off cell data until the module is downloaded. Please contact us if you continue to have problems.
- Restoring Purchased Modules
ANDROID
Simply choose Restore Modules and your purchased modules will download to your device as long as you are signed into the exact same account using the same email address.
APPLE
If you HAVE NOT uninstalled the app, then simply go to RESTORE. If you uninstalled the app, then you must go through the entire purchase process, even up to the point where Apple asks you to confirm you are purchasing the module again. After you confirm, you will be told that you already purchased it and will be asked if you want to download it again for free, to which you again say YES. We know this process is backwards of how the process should work, but this process is handled entirely by Apple and we have no control over it. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that Apple's policies are causing our users.
- Using Bible Quizzer modules on multiple devices
ANDROID
Simply choose Restore Modules and your purchased modules will download to your device as long as you are signed into the exact same account using the same email address. If this does not work, you will have to contact Google Play customer support for guidance. We are unable to work around the Android sharing rules.
APPLE
If you are trying to use a purchased module on multiple devices ON THE SAME APPLE ACCOUNT and USING THE SAME APPLEID (email address), you must go through the entire purchase process, even up to the point where Apple asks you to confirm you are purchasing the module again. After you confirm, you will be told that you already purchased it and will be asked if you want to download it again for free, to which you again say YES. We know this process is backwards of how the process should work, but this process is handled entirely by Apple and we have no control over it. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that Apple's policies are causing our users.
